Owners, in their words.

Sven from Snapy was great to work with — he showed up to our store and helped us get our inventory surfacing on Google Search results.

Snapy is amazing! We can broadcast our unique secondhand inventory everywhere — we have folks walking in from Craigslist and FB Marketplace listings, and we're now setting up our eBay account. Stoked!

We were manually uploading a couple items a day to SidelineSwap. Now that Snapy is an integral part of our business we're uploading 10× that to all the platforms. Sales grew 10% within the first three weeks — and it's only getting better.

The proof

Online stock turns over faster.

2× more likely to sell
stock sitting over a month sold twice as often once listed with Snapy
Learn more
We ran a controlled five-week test at the store. Starting on launch day, one group of items went up on Snapy and a matched group of the same-age stock stayed on the floor — same store, same weeks, same buyers walking through the door. For inventory that had already been sitting more than 30 days, listing it on Snapy made it about twice as likely to sell in that window than identical-age stock left on the floor (p = 0.001). Fresh arrivals showed no lift — the floor already sells those fine on its own. Snapy earns its place on the stock that's been sitting.
15 → 9 days
when aged stock does sell, it sells faster once it's listed
Learn more
Beyond selling more often, aged stock also sells quicker. Among items that sold, the typical time-to-sell dropped from about 15 days on the floor to about 9 days once listed on Snapy. This is a separate measure from the “twice as likely to sell” number above — one is about whether an item sells at all, this one is about how fast it moves when it does. Together they say the same thing from two angles: Snapy gets sitting inventory unstuck.
7 days
high-value gear ($200+) sells fastest of all
Learn more
On the store floor, expensive specialty items are usually the ones that stall — the local buyer for a $300 wetsuit or a high-end frame just doesn't walk in that often. Snapy flips that. In our data, the more an item is worth, the faster it sells online: $200+ gear sold in a median of 7 days, quicker than any cheaper price band. The reason is reach — a national pool of buyers already searching for exactly that item, instead of whoever happens to walk into the store this week.
