What is the Snapy app? expand_more
Snapy lets consignment and secondhand store owners photograph their inventory and publish listings to eBay, Google Shopping, and their store's own page — in under a minute per item. When something sells in-store, one tap marks it sold everywhere.
How do I list an item for sale? expand_more
Open the app and tap the camera button. Take a photo of the item — the AI will suggest a title, category, and price. Review the details, make any edits, then tap Post. Your item is live within a minute.
How do I mark an item as sold? expand_more
Tap the item in your inventory and tap Mark Sold. If your store uses the Snapy Box barcode scanner at the till, scanning the item there marks it sold automatically across all platforms — no extra steps needed.
My item isn't showing up on eBay — what should I do? expand_more
First, check that your eBay account is connected: open Settings in the app and look for the eBay section. If it shows as connected but the listing is still missing, email sven@snapy.pro with your store name and the item title.
How do I report a bug or send feedback? expand_more
Email sven@snapy.pro. Please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro), iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful.
