About On Top Bike Shop

On Top Bike Shop is a consignment and secondhand sports equipment store located in North Vancouver, BC. We specialise in used bicycles and ski & snowboard gear — mountain bikes, road bikes, bike components, skis, snowboards, bindings, boots, and poles.

How purchasing works

We do not offer online checkout or shipping. This website shows our live in-store inventory so you can see what's available before you visit. All purchases are made in person at our North Vancouver location — 3057 Lonsdale Ave.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Because inventory changes daily, a product you see online may have sold by the time you arrive. We recommend calling ahead if you have your eye on a specific item.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. No deposits or holds are taken over the phone.

What we sell

All items are pre-owned, consignment, or secondhand. Every product is inspected and graded by our staff as Like New, Good, Fair, or Parts Only. Prices are clearly marked in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Returns & exchanges

We want you to feel confident buying secondhand. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase — no hassle.

We simply ask that the item is returned in the same condition it left the shop — not damaged, and not in significantly worse shape than when sold. Bring your receipt and we'll sort you out with a refund or an exchange.

Not sure about a purchase? Our staff are always happy to answer questions, let you test ride a bike, or demonstrate equipment before you commit. Come in and take your time.

Our online inventory is managed through Snapy, a platform that helps local secondhand shops publish their live stock to Google, Google Shopping, and other discovery channels. Snapy does not process payments or handle shipping — it simply makes our in-store inventory searchable online.
